Chat Room
Please note that this chat room is not hosted on DavidLaMotteFan.com, and is not moderated by the website staff, but we do hope that you feel comfortable visiting and chatting with your friends at "DavidChat."
Sorry to make you scroll down to chat, but weird things happen with the dropdown menus and the chat room when they try to "interact." It's important that you be able to access the chat room, but it's equally important that you be able to leave the page!
To Log In:
Enter any name in the "YourName" field and click the "connect" button. If your name is in use, a random number will be added to the end of the handle you've selected.
To change your font color:
It is possible to change the color of your font - not necessary if there's only two people in the room, but when there are four or more, those colors can be handy! Use the color selector to the right of the text-entry field.
To chat, and formatting your type:
To chat in the room, type text in the text entry field and enter. You may bold or underline your type, or add smilies, with the buttons to the left of the text-entry field. Experiment!
